Beef & Beer Casserole Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Sear the diced meat in a pan with the olive and butter. Add the onions and powder with sugar. Season with salt and pepper; add the beer and the capers. Cook at low heat with the top on until the meat is ready. Add the yolk with the milk cream and mix well until it thickens. Serve the casserole hot accompanied with baked potatoes.
