Beef and Zucchini Pie Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Butter a pan well and cover with thin zucchini slices (if needed pass them through some warm water so they are smooth). On the side mix the ground beef with the oats, olive oil, carrots, onions, eggs and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and ground cinnamon. Fill in the mold with the ground beef mix and cover with zucchini slices. Bake in a double sauce pan and medium heat. When the filling is firm take out of the oven and put over a tray. Serve with fresh vegetables.
