Calabrese Chicken Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Heat the oil and butter in a pan and sauté the chicken. Add the garlic and fry a few minutes in the oil that is left. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, laurel leaves and ground chili. Cook for a few minutes. Add the chicken pieces, with the tomato extract and wine. Add salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is ready. Serve hot. Accompany with sliced baked potatoes.
Ingredients 2 tbspn butter 1 tbspn oil 1 skinless chicken cut in pieces 6 minced garlic gloves 6 diced tomatoes ˝ cup tomato paste 1 laurel leaf 1 tbspn minced chili 1 tbspn tomato extract 4 tbspn white wine Salt and pepper 6 potatoes
