Chicken Casserole with Chestnuts Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Cut the chicken in thin strips and pass them through the flour.Soak the dry mushrooms in warm water, strain and mince them. Cook the carrots until they are al dente. Boil the artichokes and cut in four. Sauté the onion in a frying pan, add the chicken and fry for a couple minutes. Then add the mushrooms and vegetables. Add some soy sauce and the chicken broth. On the side, toast the chestnuts and some cherry.Once the chicken is ready add the chestnut over the casserole and serve hot over some pasta.
