Chicken Gratiné Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Boil the chicken. Take the skin and bones out. Cut the chicken in small cubes. Mix the chicken with the celery, carrots, unions, white wine, salt and pepper. Butter a baking pan and cover the pan with the mashed potatoes and cover with the chicken mix. On the side mix the cream cheese, salt, nutmeg and a pinch of ground clove, cover the chicken with this mix. Sprinkle with the grated bread and cheese. Grill in a hot oven and serve right away.
