Chicken Hamburgers with White Wine Recipe Preparation

Mince the chicken, add the bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley, egg whites, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.Mix well, form balls and make the hamburgers. Pas them through flour first, then the beat eggs and finally through the bread crumbs. Fry in the butter and oil. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Heat the wine, lemon juice and mushrooms. Cook for a couple minutes, add the cream with the egg yolks. Mix until it thickens lightly. Add salt and pepper.Place the hamburgers over the sauce and heat for a few minutes without letting it boil.Powder with fresh thyme and serve right away.
