Chicken Meatballs with Yogurt Sauce Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Boil the chicken with equal parts of water and milk and boil until it’s soft. Take out of the pot and strain.
Shred the chicken and egg whites, with salt, pepper and curry. If needed add some flour to make it smooth.
Form the meatballs with the chicken mix. Fry in oil until golden.
Prepare a sauce with the yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chive.
Serve the chicken meatballs with the yogurt sauce. Ingredients 250 grams of chicken breast Milk 1 egg white Salt & pepper 1 tspn of curry 1 tbspn Oil 1 cup of natural yogurt Lemon juice Minced chive
