Chicken Rolls Recipe Preparation



Preparation

Place the chicken, onions, celery, pepper, salt and parsley in a wok. Cover the ingredients with water and cook for 20 minutes. Take the chicken out and process with the onion and celery.

Empty the wok, melt the butter and add the chicken paste, Sauté for a few minutes until it goldens. Add the dill and feta cheese, mix well and let it cool.

Roll out the dough over the counter and cut in even strips. Spread butter of each strip. Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken mix on one corner and carefully roll up the dough so it closes evenly. Repeat with the rest of the dough and chicken filling.

Mix the egg yolk with sugar and water, paint the rolls and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180C, until they are golden and crunchy.

500 gr chicken fillet

1 diced onion

2 minced celery sticks

˝ tspn pepper

1 pinch of salt

20 gr butter

2 tbspn minced dill

60 gr grated feta cheese

200 gr dough

Butter

1 yolk

1 tspn sugar

1 tspn water

Poppy seeds
