Preparation Take the skin off of the chicken, spread mustard on it and wrap in a slice of bacon.Peal the apples, take the core out and grate them. Dress them with the lemon juice ginger powder. Slice the prunes.Butter a baking pan and place half the apples slice. Place the chicken pieces over the apples and accommodate the prunes. Cover with the rest of the apples and powder with brown sugar. Bake until the chicken is ready and the apples candy on the surface.
