Preparation

Mince the smoked bacon, anchovies and chili.Sauté the above mix with the onions in olive oil.Pass the chicken thighs through flour and sauté in a pan with oil.. Pass them through cognac and keep cooking them, add some chicken broth of it gets too dry. When the chicken is ready, take out and keep warm. Add the milk cream to the sauce and finish cooking. Add salt and pepper.Serve the chicken covered in the anchovies sauce, decorate with the fresh parsley and serve with white rice.

100 grs smoked bacon

6 anchovy filets

1 slice chili

2 tbspn olive oil

1 tbspn butter

2 fine cut onion rings

Flour

6 chicken thighs

3 tbspn cognac

Chicken broth

100 cc milk cream

Salt, pepper

Fresh parsley, for decorating
