Preparation Semi-slice the chicken breasts to make them wider. And powder with flour. Beat the eggs, add a tablespoon of garlic, minced parsley, salt and pepper. Pass the chicken through the egg mix and then roll over the bread crumbs. Fry or bake the chicken pieces. Once cooked place them in a pan and set aside. In a small pot place the tomato, laurel leaf, bullion cube, the rest of garlic, parsley and wine. Boil until it forms a thick sauce. Cover the chicken with the tomato sauce; cover each chicken piece with a slice of ham and then another slice of mozzarella. Bake until the cheese melts. Serve accompanied with mash potatoes. Ingredients 4 chicken fillets Flour 2 eggs 2 tbspn minced garlic & parsley Salt & pepper 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup minced tomatoes 1 laurel leaf 1 bullion cube ½ cup white wine 4 slices of ham 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
