Crunchy Baked Hake Fish Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the hake fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Dip the fish fillets in the whipped eggs and then through the biscuit crumbs.
Place the fillets in a butter baking pan. Sprinkle with the milk cream and grated cheese. Season with nutmeg and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the surface turns golden.
Serve the fish accompanied with a variety of steamed vegetables, or with sliced Italian squash sautéed in butter and corn oil.
