Crunchy Crust Lambs Recipe Preparation
Preparation Melt the butter in a baking pan. Place the lamb leg in the pan and sear the leg in the oven at high temperature. Once its well seared, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Continue baking at 200C for 1 ½ hour or until the meat is soft, sprinkle with olive oil every 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mince the garlic, parsley, rosemary. Mix well and add the grated bread. Rub the lamb with the mix. Place back in the oven and bake until its crunchy on the outside. Serve with fresh salads.
Ingredients 40 gr butter 1 lamb leg (1.5 kg) Salt & pepper Olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1 parsley bunch 3 tbspn grated bread
