Deutsche Pork Recipe Preparation
Preparation Boil the cabbage in 1 cup of broth, apple vinegar, clove, laurel and pepper. Take out of the pot and strain when it is al dente. Mince the bacon and fry in a pan. Add the cabbage, pour half a cup of broth and cook for a few minutes at low heat. Rub the pork ribs with the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over a saucepan turning it over frequently. Serve the pork ribs accompanied with the hot cabbage. Ingredients ½ cabbage cut Juliana 1 ½ cup broth 1 cup apple vinegar 2 cloves 1 laurel leaf 1 tspn pepper 6 slices of bacon 2 tbspn oil 6 pork ribs 1 garlic clove Salt & pepper
