Duck in Fruit Sauce Recipe Preparation
Preparation Wash the duck thoroughly, dry and cut in pieces.Fry for 3 minutes in a frying pan with a little oil. Take out of the pan.Place the duck pieces in a baking pan and add the chicken broth. Bake for 20 min at 180C. Add 300 gr of strawberries, liquor, the grated lemon and orange peels. Continue cooking until ready. Strain the remaining duck gravy. Place in a small pot and add the butter with flour. Let it boil while stirring with a wooden spoon. Add some grated orange peels. On a side pan heat the orange juice, add the strawberries and orange slices.Place the duck pieces in a tray, cover with the hot sauce and accompany with the fruits.
