Filled Cesar Loin Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Open the loin horizontally to open it up like a large steak. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and ground chili. Place an sheet of aluminum inside a baking pan, oil lightly and put the meat over it and cover with slices of ham and cheese and pineapple slices. Close the loin to its original shape. Secure with a cloth string. Over the meat place the onions, pepper and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with sherry. Wrap everything with the aluminum foil making sure it closes on the top. Bake for one hour, take out of the oven and let it sit for 20 minutes for the gravy to set in. Serve in portions with the sauce and baked sweet potatoes.
Ingredients 2 kg sirloin Salt, pepper, oregano and ground chili 150 gr ham slices 300 gr sliced cheese 1 small can of pineapple slices 1 minced onion 1 sliced bell pepper 2 diced tomatoes 1 cup sherry 1 kg sweet potatoes
