Filled Turkey Breast Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Over a cutting board remove the skin from the turkey breast, with a sharp knife cut half way down to spread it and set aside. In a bowl, place the shredded bread, eggs, celery, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well to make the filling. Cover the turkey with the above mix and wrap in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped turkey in a baking pan. Pour the wine and chicken broth in the pan. Bake at low temperature for 1½ hour. Ten minutes before its ready open the aluminum paper; let the turkey golden, pouring it over with the pan gravy. Take out of the oven, slice and serve with mash potatoes peas.
Ingredients 1 large turkey breast 2 cups shredded bread 2 eggs 1 minced celery stick 2 tbspn grated cheese Salt and pepper ½ cup chicken broth ½ white wine
