Fish Lasagna Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Fry the onion in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the hake cut in small pieces and shrimp. Take off the fire and mix with bread crumbs. Season with salt, pepper and minced parsley. Break in small pieces until it forms a paste.
Cook the lasagna noodles in hot water with salt and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Melt the butter in a pan, sprinkle with flour and mix until it forms a white paste. Add the milk little by little stirring with a wooden spoon until it thickens. Season with 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt and nutmeg. Finally add the milk cream.
In a buttered pan pour in ½ inch of salsa and cover with 5 lasagna noodles. Spread out the fish paste and cover with the remaining lasagna noodles. Cover the rest with salsa and bake at medium temperature until it goldens.
