Fish with Cress Sauce Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and grated lemon peels. Roll them up.Place the rolls in a baking pan. Pour in the milk cream. Bake at medium heat for 20 minutes.
Sauce: Wash the cress, separate the leaves.
Put a couple cress leaves on the side for decorating and blend the rest with the mayonnaise, yogurt and cream. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add some milk cream to the sauce to smoothen the sauce.
Cover the fillets in sauce and heat for a few minut4s in the oven.
Serve with white rice and decorate with cress leaves.
Ingredients 6 fish fillets Salt & pepper 1 grated lemon peel 12 tbspn milk cream
Sauce 1 cress package 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup natural yogurt ¼ cup milk cream ½ lemon juice
