Flank Steak filled with Apple Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Spread the flank steak and cover with mustard and sprinkle balsamic dressing. Slice the apples in thin pieces and cover the steak with them, sprinkle the minced nuts and season. Roll it up and hold together with string. Place in a pan. Bake at medium heat, sprinkling it with wine several times. Take out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes, then cut in thick slices. Serve accompanied by mash potatoes and baked sweet potatoes.
