Hake Fish with Cheese Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix the ricotta with parsley, onions, egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Spread the mix over the fish fillets, fold in half and place them in a baking pan.
Sprinkle the fish fillets with milk cream. Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with baked onions powdered with paprika. Accompanied with steamed vegetables.
