Hake Fish with Peas and Mushrooms Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Cut the fish into thick stubs, clean and remove spines. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and pass through flour.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Mix in the onion and bell pepper. Fry until soft.
Place the fish stubs over the vegetables, cook making sure the vegetables don’t burn.
Include the mushrooms, then the peas and white wine. Add salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes until the the fish and vegetables are ready.
Ingredients 1 kg hake fish Salt & pepper Lemon juice Flour 1 tbspn butter 1 tbspn olive oil 1 tbspn minced onion 1 minced bell pepper 200 gr sliced mushrooms 200 gr cooked peas 1 cup white wine
