Ham and Dill Chicken Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Fillet the chicken breasts in three each and condiment. Cut the ham slices in two and place over the chicken fillets. Place a leaf of sage in the middle. Fold the chicken to wrap the filling and secure with a toothpick. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Sauté the chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Pour the white wine and cook for 1 more minute before serving.
Side dish: Cook the broccoli in some salt water until tender and add the corn at the end. Strain and add salt, pepper and olive oil.
Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 6 slices of ham 12 leaves of fresh sage Olive oil ¾ cup white wine
Side dish 400 gr broccoli 1 can fresh corn Salt & pepper
