Hungarian Goulash Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Sear the meat in a pot and set aside. Mince the bell peppers and onions, fry in the oil left in the pan, add the meat and cook until ready. Add the broth, tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Once ready add the milk cream. Mix well keeping it at a low flame. Serve the goulash with pasta or baked potatoes.
Ingredients 1 kg diced meat 4 tbspn oil 3 onions 1 red pepper 1 cup broth 1 can tomatoes 1 tbspn paprika ¾ cup milk cream
