Italian filled Tri-tip Recipe Preparation



Preparation

Make a small cut on the side of the meat, forming a small pouch.

Cut the spinach and sauté in hot olive oil add the garlic cloves. Take off the fire and add the grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Fill the meat with the spinach mix, also include the hard boiled eggs cut in half and minced nuts. Close the opening well.

Place the tri-tip in a baking pan sprinkled with olive oil. Bake at medium heat until ready.

Serve in slices accompanied with a light tomato sauce.

Ingredients

1 tri-tip

2 spinach bundles

2 tbspn olive oil

2 minced garlic cloves

1 cup grated cheese

Salt, pepper & nutmeg

3 hardboiled eggs

50 gr minced nuts

Additional olive oil to cover meat
