Lamb with Mint and Rosemary Recipe Preparation
Preparation Clean out the lamb leg. Make small parallel incisions over the lamb leg forming square shapes. Place the lamb in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with olive oil, orange juice, mint liquor and brown sugar. In the sliced gashes place the minced rosemary and mint leaves. Bake for 10 minutes at the highest temperature. Then lower to medium and bake until ready. Pouring the gravy over the lamb several times.
