Lemon Rib Eye Steaks Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the meat with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat the butter and olive oil, sear the meat then set aside. Cut off the grease and without washing the pan; add the 80 gr of butter and lemon juice. Heat for a couple minutes and add the broth. When the sauce is real hot add the meat and cook until tender; if needed add some broth. Thicken the sauce by diluting the cornstarch in some milk cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the meat with the sauce accompanied by steamed Italian squash.
