Liver and Bacon stuffed Chicken Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Open the chicken breast and condiment. In the middle of each one place a chicken liver inside and wrap in a slaice of bacon. Tie the rolls and freeze for 20 min. Meanwhile place the onions and peppers in a pan sprinkled with the olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 min. Fry the rolled chicken breast in a pan for 4 minutes. The place them in a pan over the vegetable and bake until its ready. Five minutes before taking out of the oven, sprinkle the sugar and lemon juice over the chicken. Serve the chicken accompanied with the baked vegetables.
