Preparation
Mix the sausage filling with the bread crumbs, garlic and minced parsley. Spread out the meat season with salt and place a tablespoon of filling in the middle of each one and one cheese stick, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Heat the oil and butter and golden the beef rolls. Add the wine and cornstarch dissolved in some broth. Mix well, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and let it cook at low heat, if needed pour some more broth. Add the olives at the end. In a pan place the Brussels sprouts and tomatoes. Cover with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Broil until the cheese melts. Cook the rice with laurel leaves and tablespoon of butter. Serve the loin rolls with the broiled vegetables and rice.
Ingredients 250 gr diced hotdogs ½ cup bread crumbs 2 tbspn minced garlic & parsley 4 large loin steaks Salt & pepper 4 cheese sticks 50 gr butter 2 tbspn olive oil ½ cup white wine 1 tbspn cornstarch 1 cup broth 1 tbspn assorted herbs 100 gr sliced olives 250 gr Brussels sprouts 250 gr tomtoes Additional butter Grated cheese 2 cup rice 1 laurel leaf
