Oriental Sole Fish Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Clean out the sole and apply a few cuts over the surface.
Cover the fish in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce mixed with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of broth. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Drain the fish and sear in a pan with hot oil.
Add the garlic, bell peppers and leek. Mix in the sherry, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and ½ cup of broth. Add salt & pepper. Cover and cook at low temperature.
Before serving sprinkle with a pinch of ginger powder.
Accompany with white rice and lightly sautéed soybean sprouts.
