Pork Flank Steak with Greens Recipe Preparation
Preparation Prepare a marinade by mixing the oil, mustard and vinegar. Spread over the pork and let it sit for 2 hours. Spread the pork over a cutting board and spread out the cheese, ham and hard boiled egg over each pork piece. Place a spring onion at the edge and roll up each piece. Fasten with toothpick. Sear the rolls in a pan with hot butter and oil. Once they are brown, add the wine and sliced onions. Cook till almost ready then season with salt, pepper and ginger. Dissolve the cornstarch in some broth and add it to the sauce. Mix evenly with a wooden spoon until it thickens. Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve right away, with baked potatoes and steam squash.
