Preparation

Sprinkle the pork ribs with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place in a baking pan, sear quickly in the oven until the grease begins to melt.

In a pot place the sherry, juice, grated orange peel, salt, pepper, a pinch of ginger powder and sugar. Boil for a few minutes until it forms a smooth sauce.

Place the pork ribs in the sauce and finish cooking them. Then take them out and set aside.

Mix the cornstarch in some water and include in the sauce, mix until it thickens.

Place the pork ribs in a pan, cover with the gravy; decorate with the fresh parsley leaves.

Serve hot and accompanied by steamed broccoli.

12 pork ribs

Lemon juice (1 lemon)

Salt & pepper

1½ cup sherry

1 cup orange juice

Grated orange peel (1 orange)

Ginger powder

1 tspn sugar

1 tbspn cornstarch

Fresh parsley
