Pork in Spinach Leaves Recipe Preparation
Preparation Sear the pork in the butter and oil. Take the skin off the hotdogs, cut them up and mix them with the parsley and thyme. Sauté the spinach leaves. Spread the hotdog mix over the pork and wrap in the spinach leaf. Place in a pan and cover with aluminum foil. Preheat the oven at 220C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Pour out the remaining gravy and mix with the milk cream, small cheese cubes and some cornstarch t thicken out the gravy. Cut the pork in slices, cover with sauce and accompanied with baby baked potatoes.
