Rib Eye Steak with Bacon Recipe Preparation
Preparation Cut the carrots in thin strips using a potato peeler. Sauté the steak with the carrots and bacon slices with olive oil. When the meat it brown, add the onions. Season with salt, add some white wine and cook for a few more minutes. Add the vinegar and continue to cook at low heat until its ready. Add the milk cream, once hot take out the meat and set aside. Blend the sauce add the cornstarch dissolved in some milk and cook for 3 minutes until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut the steak in slices, cover with sauce and accompany with steamed broccoli and white rice.
