Roman Pork Chops Recipe Preparation
Preparation Place the flour in a plate, season with salt and pepper, and coat the pork fillets. Heat the oil in a pan; fry the pork for a few minutes on each side until they are golden. Take them out of the pan and set aside. Lower the heat and add the onions and garlic. Fry for a few minutes. Add the minced tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Place the pork over the sauce and sprinkle with wine. Continue cooking until the pork is ready. Add the green olives. Serve the pork chops, cover with the gravy. Accompany with glazed carrots.
Ingredients 2 tbspn flour Salt & pepper 4 porch chops 4 tbspn oil 1 large sliced onion 2 minced garlic cloves 500 gr peeled tomatoes 1 tspn oregano ½ cup Sicilian wine 50 gr green olives
