Rosemary Chicken Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Place the apple cut in four inside the chicken. Slice the onions and bell peppers, place them at the bottom of a pan. Spread fresh rosemary leaves. Sprinkle the olive oil and pour in the chicken broth. Place the chicken over the vegetables and bake for 45 minutes. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and laurel leaf. Spread the olive oil mix over the chicken several times while it bakes.
Side dish: Peel the potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cut in large pieces. Boil in water and then let them cool. Place them in an oiled pan and bake with some olive oil until golden. Then serve with the chicken.
Ingredients 1 whole chicken Salt and pepper 1 green apple 3 onions 2 red bell peppers Fresh rosemary leaves Olive oil 1 cup chicken broth 2 minced garlic gloves 1 laurel leaf
