Salmon in Palmito Sauce Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the fish fillets with fish dressing. Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with sherry and cream. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Sauce: drain the palmitos and blend with the milk cream. Place in a small pot, mix in the ketchup, worshire sauce and the rest of the cream. Heat in a low temperature without reaching boiling point.
Cover the fish with the sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
Ingredients 4 salmon fillets Fish dressing ½ cup sherry 1/3 cup milk cream
Sauce 1 can palmitos 2 cups milk cream 3 tbspn ketchups 1 tbspn worshire sauce Roasted and sliced almonds
