Sesame Seed Hamburgers with Peppers Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Mince the garlic and bell pepper. Mix in with the ground beef, egg, paprika and salt. On the side mix the sesame seeds with the grated bread. Form hamburgers with the meat, pass through the sesame mix then dip in the egg and again through the sesame seeds. Fry in oil. Cut the green, red and yellow bell pepper in thin strips. Place over the hamburgers and sauté together.
Ingredients 2 garlic cloves 1 red bell pepper 500 gr ground beef 1 egg 1 tbspn paprika Salt 6 tbspn grated bread 6 tbspn sesame seeds 2 whipped eggs Oil 3 bell peppers (different colors, red, green, yellow) 50 gr butter
