Shepard Pie Recipe Preparation
Preparation Heat the butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the onion, spring onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add the meat and laurel. Mix well until the meat darkens. Dissolve the bullion cubes in water and add them to the mix, include the diced tomatoes and paprika. Cook for a few minutes. Take off the stove and include the olives and raisins. Remove the laurel leaf. Peal and boil the potatoes. Mash the potatoes, mix in with milk, butter and season. Place half the mash potatoes in a pan fill with the meat mix, sliced boiled eggs and cover with the rest of the mash potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
