Special Beef & Pork Meatballs Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Mix the pork and beef and mix with the egg and butter. On the side mix the garlic, parsley, pizza seasoning, salt and enough olive oil to form a thigh sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of this sauce to the meat mix; set the rest aside. For the meatballs by hand, smoothen out with olive oil and place them in a baking pan. Sauce: Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broth and mix well until it thickens. Condiment with salt, pepper and tablespoon of the above sauce (separate the rest and refrigerate) Add the milk cream and mix well. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, powder with plenty of grated cheese and sprinkle capers. Grill in the oven and serve hot accompanied by rice.
