Special Beefsteak Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Sear the beefsteak in hot olive oil. Peel the potatoes, cut in ½ inch slices and boil for 5 min until they are al dente, Strain and set aside. Cut the bell peppers in thick slices and slice the onions and tomatoes. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan place in layers the onions, laurel leaf, peppers, tomatoes, and beefsteak and lastly the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle the white wine and broth. Cover and cook at low flame until its all cooked. If needed add some hot broth so the meat doesn’t dry out.
Ingredients 4 boneless beefsteaks Olive oil 4 potatoes 2 red bell peppers 4 onions 4 tomatoes 1 laurel leaf Salt, pepper & paprika 4 tbspn minced garlic & parsley ½ cup red wine ½ cup beef broth
