Stuffed Beefsteak Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Season the steak with salt and pepper. With the tip of a knife cut in the side of the steak so you are left with a little pouch. Sauté the onions, carrots and bell pepper in oil. Mix in the soaked strained bread crumbs, egg, vegetables, peas, hardboiled egg, salt and pepper. Fill in the steaks with the mix and close the openings with toothpicks. Spread the steaks with mustard. Place them in a pan and sprinkle with lemon juice and a tablespoon of oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with white rice and decorated with parsley and steamed vegetables.
