Thyme Pork Casserole Recipe Preparation
Preparation Cut the pork in medium sized cubes and sear in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cut bacon and thyme. Then cook for 10 minutes. Cut the minced onions and add the beer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk cream and paprika. Add into the pork mix and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve with baked potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
Ingredients 750 gr pork 2 tbspn oil Salt & pepper 100 gr bacon 1 tbspn dry thyme 300 gr onions 2 cup beer ½ cup milk cream 1 tbspn cornstarch 1 tbspn paprika Minced parsley
