Unique Chicken Empanada Recipe Preparation
Preparation
In a pan heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and bacon. Add the garlic, pepper, mushrooms and raisin. Mix well.Add the parsley and soy sauce. Then pour the white wine and chicken broth. Cook for 20 min.In another pan, melt the butter and cook the chicken. Add the previous mix and cook altogether for a couple minutes. If needed use some cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water to thicken the mix. Let it cool.Fill the empanada dough with the chicken mix, close the empanadas and seal well. Place them in a baking pan, using your fingers put some water each of them and powder with sugar. Bake until they golden.
