Veal Croquettes Recipe Preparation
Preparation
Mix the minced meat with the leek, mint, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands. Form small sized croquettes and pass them through flour. Fry them in abundant oil until they golden. Take them out of the pan and let them drip over paper towels. Keep warm. Grate the cucumber and place in a colander to strain well. Then place in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the cucumber, yogurt, garlic and pepper. Serve the fresh dressing over the hot croquettes.
Ingredients 1 kg minced veal 2 minced leeks 2 tbspn minced mint leaves Salt & pepper Flour Oil 1 cucumber 1 cup natural yogurt 1 minced garlic clove
