Veal Ribbons Recipe Preparation
Preparations
Cut the steaks in thin slices. Sear in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and set aside. In the same oil sauté the bell pepper and leeks, add the tomato paste mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and white wine. Mix well. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is ready. If needed add some broth so it doesn’t dry out. At the end, sprinkle minced parsley. Accompany with baked pumpkin slices.
